SDRC's Bell and Pad System is designed to begin to change the deep sleep right from the beginning of the program. The matt is about the size of a pillow, about 34 by 30 inches, but it is flat. This matt lays right on the bed under the enuretic. The matt does not connect to the person, but attaches to the alarm box. This box sets on a night stand away from the person, and the alarm box connects to the battery. A pillow case slides over the matt, and there is a plastic mattress protector connected on the bottom of the matt system.
